New York Post Page six is reporting the Sean Diddy Combs long time girlfriend Mode Kim Porter has moved out of his apartment. Kim currently filming a movie in Louisiana has four children - three of whom, Christian, 10, and twins D'Lila and Jessie, 7 months, are Diddy's.

If this is indeed a split it wont be the first time for the two, they had done the same for several years   when he was dating Jennifer Lopez, but as soon as he and J.Lo broke up,

Reps for Diddy denied the split.
